Guess who made it to The North all by herself!

UPCAT forms are out! But still, I am not prepared- not even half of the readiness meter. I didn't enrol in a review center, so I had to self-review. I downloaded modules and mock tests. But. Something. Is Missing. I don't know what it is, but there's really something with books. I had planned to buy reviewers from LSC, but I don't know how, so I looked for an alternative. I typed "college reviewer books" on the search bar of sulit.com.ph. I saw an ad about five MSA Reviwer Books for only P500. The regular price of the set of books is P680. What a steal.  I can buy 4-5 boxes of cheese with P180. Emeged, I'm straving, sht.

The seller and I agreed to meet-up at BreadTalk, in SM North EDSA The Block, at 5:00 pm yesterday. The meeting place is pretty far from our place. I've always wanted to get the first-time-to-go-to-somewhere-far feels. Places that are not just 15 kilometers or so away from our place. I think commuting is one of the basic things that a college freshman has to learn. I wasn't afraid to travel alone because YOLO, hahaha. At first, my mother didn't want me to go alone because I'm their baby blah blah. I fought for what I wanted, and apparently, I won.

In the morning, I went to school because we were supposed to have a meeting, but it was cancelled. I spent two hours of chattering with Erica and Maita. While I was in the tricycle to Pasig Public Market, two thoughts were quarreling. One said go home first, have your lunch, change your clothes and head to The North, while the other said let's get this straight! I had it the latter way because I didn't want to waste energy, time, and money. Tricycle to Pasig Public Market. Jeep to Shaw Boulevard. MRT to the North Avenue Station. (Hahaha this is my favorite part because it was my first time to ride the MRT alone.) Stroll at Trinoma for an hour. Guess what store I visited first hahahahaha. Forever 21? Gadgets store? You got it wrong! Huehuehue I went to Toys R Us because I'm a sucker for cute toys. I didn't eat in any of the numerous fast foods at Trinoma and SM North EDSA because I find it awkward. Walking around a mall alone is awkward. What more if you're going to eat in a fast food alone? I can't. I went to SM North EDSA at 4:00 pm. Roamed around. I went to BreadTalk at 4:30 pm. I saw a girl who's about two inches shorter than me. She was holding MSA books. I smiled at her, and she asked "Ikaw yun sa MSA?". I nodded. We talked for only three minutes (i guess) because I was in hurry. We all know how depressing the traffic during the rush hour is. MRT to Shaw Boulevard Station. Jeep to Pasig Public Market. Tricycle to our place. I MADE IT!!!

taken before i left our house hihi, fresh from
the shower

Near the entrance of  the SM North EDSA The Block is a booth of Spongebob collectibles, and two of houses and the restaurant that's famous for the Krabby Patty in Bikini Bottom. Photo-taking was insanely in! But it was obvious that the booth wasn't selling well.

spongebob's cheeks are so fluffy i'm gonna die
people were allowed to take photos inside the
krusty krab. i wish i had a companion. the place
is too cute.
yes, behind squidward's house is forever 21
i want to live in a pineapple, too

before i took the mrt back to shaw boulevard

I could have not done it without the nice people who had patiently answered my questions and told me the directions. Again, thank you. Thank God.

TRAVELLING ALONE IS FUN!!!
